Fantastic people in a safe secure facility! If I were to sum it up but I don't want to do that. I want anyone who reads this looking for a solution to know that these are the best hands you and your things could be in. The customer service is unparalleled as is the security. I called to get a unit and in doing so found someone who really cared about my needs now and going forward, quite shocking really finding people who care about people. When touring the facility I was expecting nice, after all it's new and should be, What really caught my eye aside from the security measures I noticed was just how clean and well put together the place was. It showed me that only did they care about addressing my needs but they cared about the facility too. Making sure it was clean and easy to navigate. One might say "It's just storage, who cares?" I thought that too until touring Lakewood. Seeing the care they take in the facility let me know that this is where I would like to have my storage needs dealt with. A local business with great customer service and bleeding edge security lets me know that my things are safe and if something needs to be addressed it will be dealt with by some very friendly and knowledgeable people who seem to care as much as I do. So sure Lakewood is "just storage" but it's also so much more.
